Assalamualaikum Dr.Asarulislam.

First of all i wanna say that im a big fan and an inspiration.

I live in pakistan and i am a student.i found your lectures very informative and simpler to understand.Ive always had some question in my mind about Islam.but finding answers is another story, the society we live in doesnt allow us to ask a lot of questions.the most reasonable answer we get here is "Because Allah said so" or "Khuda ki Marzi" if you ask one more time they tell you that your heart has been stamped.but that was never satisfying for me.For the first time Im confessing here that ive been an somewhat of an athiest for about 4 years now.whenever people told me to feel something within when you go to mosque or listen to Allah's name, i never felt the spark.maybe my faith was not strong enough.ive always found big bang and evolution much more easier to understand.

If I share any of this even to my closest friends, they will call me murtid of wajibul qatal and try to kill me in search of Jannah

I tried to read Allama G.A.Parwez some time ago, but as you say when you were young you were more into films and Rafi's song, well im not a fan of Rafi, but ive always kept music and movies prior to books.you can call it my ignorance but i found those books rather dry and tougher to understand with all the persian poetry and arabic references. And i already had a solution going fine with science.i started reading Stephen Hawking and Richard Dawkins instead of Parwez and Iqbal.

but the way you've put things you sound much more logical and convincing.thats why i want to ask you some basic questions that a child may have in his mind, but unfortunately most people i know never dare to ask such questions. As Allah says:

"when they are reminded of the revelations of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat."

These verses were not taught to me by the people who taught me quran. i was rather told to read Yasin 40 times to pass exams.and if i had read my course 40 times i couldve passed.

here are some of the confusions i have....

Q.no.1: Ive been told all muslims will one day go to jannah no matter what they do, and all disbelievers will go to hell no matter how good they become.

why is it so? If we never try to think that they can be right why do we expect this of them? are they just unlucky to be born in the wrong palce?

Q.no.2: why did Allah make this universe and put us all to the exam.why didn't he just make jannah where we could all live happily?

afterall he loves us.

Q.no.3 when quran talks about Adam is it really teh first man on earth?(because that would go against evolution) or is it the early group of people?

I was taught in my matric biology class that Quran says man is made from mud and water and then i was told that it satisfies evolution as combination of inorganic matter with organic matter to create life.then who is Adam?

Q.no.4: The way you described the economic system, you have really opened my eyes, but the system i live in is not that .so where do i stand? Even if i give away all my money away it wont matter to the system. so what should i do to change it? or should i just go on like everyone else saying one man cant make a difference?

Q.no.5: What is the significance of namaz and roza and by namaz i dont mean salah. i mean the namaz we practice here everyday.

Q.no.6: what is the concept of Londian in Islam.are men allowed to have londian?

I dont know if you will read this or not.if you do you might think that they are stupid questions, but these thing are very confusing to me. Im not a very Intellectual person.but i read that Allah made Quran easy so we could understand.

i also dont expect you to answer all the questions here.if you can refer any text or audio lecture that would be of great help too.i know where to find the books and lectures by Allama G.A.Parwez but you know i wont read all of it.maybe you can refer something specific on these topics.you can also refer your own lectures.i find them the easiest to understand.

By asking these questions i dont wanna be disrespectfull or try to prove islam wrong.i just want to know the truth thats been hidden from me and learn the most from you.

Sory if you had trouble reading my english.Im Pakistani. thanks for all the information youve put out here.keep on uploadind i dont get Shalimar radio here.

Maybe one day everyone will get the true message of Quran and maybe one day we will create the islamic state.i also hope you wont call me wajibul qatal like the mullahs.

sory for such a long comment, but this is the first time im saying these things.

Your Student from Pakistan.......

Pakistan has started manufacturing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drone, in collaboration with Selex Galileo of Italy which claims to lead the unmanned aerial systems market.

A ceremony marking the launch of the project was held at the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), Kamra, on Thursday. It was presided over by Air Marshal Farhat Hussain Khan, the chairman of the PAC board.

Falco, the UAV to be manufactured under the project, is designed by the Italian firm. The aircraft will address surveillance and reconnaissance needs of Pakistan Air Force.

Speaking on the occasion, Air Marshal Hussain said the UAV co-production facility was a major step towards the long-term goal of self-reliance in military aviation industry.

He praised PAC engineers and technicians who had worked unrelentingly for two years to establish the facility.

He said that establishing the UAV manufacturing unit was a challenging task requiring total dedication.

He said that the Falco would greatly enhance PAF’s operational capability.

Air Marshal Hussain lauded the Italian company’s cooperation which helped Pakistan to become part of an exclusive club of countries having the capability to manufacture a modern tactical drone.

The roll-out of the first Falco UAV at the PAC is scheduled in the near future.

Well said: Thanks for a most positive and constructive feedback. I have taken it to heart and shall comply. My children and their friends have been asking me to lecture in English. These Urdu lectures were, in a way, just to test the ground. I wanted to check how alive and receptive we were, as a nation. Just like a neurologist, who at first checks the pupils of the eye to see if this comatose patient is alive or brain dead. The feedback over the past one year, from Shalimar Radio, has been extrememly encouraging to me. These lectures are heard live, by car and cab drivers and their families, in Los Angeles. These are my fellow Muslim Pakistani and Hindustani brothers, Bengalis too, whose families I want to salvage from the horrors of Talibani ideology. This last Saturday, for example, there were around 50 live callers on the radio. A lot of these were ladies. And several had flocked the parking lot of the Radio Station in Los Angeles. We had to ask them to leave for security reasons. I was delighted by their positive comments. Yet I could see the half hearted acknowledgements from children and youth, who said exactly what you said. Why not in English, they asked. I shall, I replied.

Please continue to provide feed back. I am so encouraged by your comments.

Who are you trying to address? What talent are you looking for? How much time do you want to invest on those who have grown older shaving their gray pubic to gain acceptance from god? Are you trying to put life on such people? If yes, then I think, I joined the wrong forum.

And if your answer is no, then lets target that generation who could understand. Generation, who have already challenged existing norms of so called “muslin” societies. Those are the people you should target. These people either already left Islam or in process of abandoning. Why, because when they asked questions they constantly received ignorant explanations either from sham scholars or from nonsensical tafsirs .

These people are not narrow minded people. They just can’t be. They are still out there looking for answers, probably from different sources than Quran, yet still looking. These people will run to you because you speak their language, you remedy their guilt and rid their doubts with reason; yet from the Quran.

Who are these people? They are no other but our young adults (not children). Yes also our brothers and sisters and our parents but especially our young adults. These young adults are trained in these free countries to question, to evaluate, to reason, to express, to create and to lead. They have already rejected all the dogmas and superstitious rituals which were instilled in us by ignorant mullahs and follower societies. Now they are looking for direction.

And guess what, they all speak English. Now you tell me, how these young adults can find the right path, which you are trying to convey. Their parents tell them to go to mosque but there they find someone who Quran calls creature “worst than animals”. So parents have no answer and mullah speak from different dimension. Where should they go? Books? Internet? How many books on Islam or Quran, including translations of Quran, in English you can name which these kids can refer to for true guidance. How many scholars you can name who are capable of delivering this Quranic message in English. I don’t know of any, do you?

And if you also here to write your name in history by lecturing generations who can barely understand Urdu, then trust me Asr bhai, you are wrong. Neither my children nor yours “understand” or “speak” Urdu.

What do you want us to do? Do you want us to teach them Urdu so they could understand you, or Parwez, or Iqbal or Sir Syed? And once they finally learn Urdu then should I tell them to learn Arabic so they could understand Quran?

You are advertising your rare and precious product in English but trying to sell it in Urdu. People who are willing, are coming to you by reading your website slogan but then you are turning your face from them by speaking foreign language.

Many still don’t know about it; many are still returning to it every week in hope of hearing something in familiar language. Many wants to refer this website to others in colleges, universities, at work places but can't due this language barrier.
