Q. ye jo toheen-e-Risalat ka qanoon hai pakistan main, es par tumaam firqon k ulimaa muttafiq hain, kia yahan par bhi aap k mutabiq ye BAATIL pe akathay huay han?? Kiun k aap ne kaha hai k ulimaa sirf baatil pe muttafiq hotay han HAQ pe muttafiq nai hotay….?
Ans. Yes off course dear ye sirf baatil pe muttafiq hotay han, Haq par nai. Yahan par bhi same situation hai. Allah ne sirf 2 crimes ki punishment qatal rakhi hai, 1 qatl-e-amad, aur 2 Fasaad fil-arz. Agar blosophamy ki ka lafz bhi Allh add kar deta to koi problem nai thi, magar wo jaanta hai k kon kon se crimes qabl-e-saza han aur kon se nai. Lekn ulimaa k khiaal main Khuda ko shaaid es baat ka ilm nai tha, our in ko ilm ho gia kih k 1 3rd crime bhi hai jis ki sza qatal honi chahiay. Morover kisi saheeh rwaait main bhi es jurm ki sza qatal ka hukam nai dia gia. Bulkih es ko bhi chorain, Imam Abu Hanifa jin ki ye sari qaum Muqallid honay ka daawa karti hai, onhon ne to ye kaha hai kih, “Zimmi ko Ihaanat ki wajah se qatal nai kia jaa sakta q k wo to pehlay he shirk kar chukay han jo k is se bara gunah hai”.
Lihaza es baar bhi hasb-e-mamool ye ulimaa baatil pe muttafiq han.

Ans. G aap ne sahi suna hai, magar asal hqaaiq kia hain es k peechay ye ulimaa danista tor pe aap ko nai btatay. Allah in ko zaroor poochay ga.
Imam Abu hanifa ka qaul to aap ne sun lia, ab main aap ko btata hoon ki DEEGAR fuqhaa k nazdeek “blosophamy ki sza qatal” k maani kia han.
Asal main Foqha k nazdeek Murtad ki sza qatal hai, aour jo Muslim toheen-e-Risalat karta hai wo on k nazdeek murtad ho jaata hai, es liay os ko bhi qatal kia jaae ga. Aur in dono main bara farq hai.Yani 1. Ihanat karne walay ko qatal karna; aur 2. Ihaanat wala Choon k murtad ho gia hai es liay os ko qatal karna. Agar baat aap par wazih nai hui to hum aap ko btaain gay k en maen kia farq hai

Magar , aap ne abhi tak 1 baat pe ghor nai kia, aur wo ye k Murtad ki sza main asal ahmiyat Mulzam k iqrar ko hasil ho gi, alzam ko nai. Yani alzam lgnay k baad mulzim iqrar-e-eman karta hai to wo bariuzzimah ho jata hai.
Magar blasphemy maen ulimaa k Mutabiq to iqrar ki koi ahmiyat nai rehti! Kia yahi situation nai hai Aasia bibi k case ki?
Yani agar ye qanoon Fuqhaa Ikram ki raai k mutabiq bhi bnaaia jaae to es ka ittelaq Musalms pe ho ga.
Isi tnazar main albatta deegar fuqhaa ne kaha hai k agar koi ghair muslim Ihanat ka jurm karta hai aur phir wo baar baar Israr k saath karta hai to phir os ko qatal karne k baaray maen socha jaae ga.
Magar hm,aaray Ulimaa ne Islam ka (maazallah) bhianak naqsha pesh kia hai. Ab aap faisla kar leejiay k hmaaray muaashray ka nasoor kon hai?

Dear Fiqah-Hadis-Shariah Lovers:
A Muslim remains a Muslim by having Imaan or faith in only six items:
1) Allah;
2) Prophets;
3) Revealed Books;
4) Angels;
5) Life after Death; and
6) Fate.
Therefore, believing in Hadises, let alone Fiqh and Shariah Law, made by humanbeings NOT Allah is NOT mandatory. Every educated Muslim has the right to question the Hadis Literature, collected and compiled 200/300 years after the demise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Imam Bukhari, for example, collected more than 600,000 Hadises and discarded most of them and retained around 7,000 of them which he considered Sahih or authentic. A man in the 9th or 12th century — even with the best of intellect and intentions — whether it was imam bukhari, Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam ahmad, Imam Shafi or Imam Hanbal and for that matter anyone, including Imam Ghazzali cannot come near any smart college graduate in the 21st century. Because despite having very high IQ and impeccable character, people in the medieval period were most definitely less informed and knowledgable than educated people in our time. People like Bukhari or Ghazzali did not know that the earth is round, not flat; the earth moves around rather than the sun rather than the sun moving around the earth etc.
This is the reason why we find so many ridiculous, vulgar, idiotic, anti-Quranic, anri-science, anti-common sense things in the Hadis Literature. The way different Rawis narrated hadises 200/300 years after the Prophet (PBUH) does not mean all of them are authentic. Muslim ulama, Hadis scholars especially, tell us that the Hadises are authentic because twenty or fifty narrators told the same thing to different Hadis collectors in different times (To Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmizi, Ibn-e-Maja and others). As Pakistanis you people are aware of so many contradictory stories about what Qaid-eAzam Jinnah said or did in 1937 or 1947. People who saw Jinnah are still alive (in their eighties and nineties), yet there are so many contradictory stories in an age of newspapers, TV and radio. Various people in the days of Bukhari narrated popular stories and traditions they heard from their parents, grand parents and through them to the respective parents and grand parents of the previous seven, eight or ten generations. some of them could be true, some of them could be total fabrications. People said different things attributing them to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to justify slavery, polygamy, concubianage, dozens of wives for rulers, harem, eunuch body guards (castrated male slaves — what a cruelty!), female genital mutilation, rajm or stoning to death for adultery by married people (The Quran specifies 100 lashed for both married and unmarried adulterer/adulteress). There is a Shaih Hadis, which tells us: “Allah curses three people, the slave who has fled from his master’s house, disobedient wife and one who thinks of rebellion against his/her ruler”. What a “beautiful idea” to justify slavery, male-domination and absolute rule. No wonder, some Al-Azhar Sheikhs justifioed Hosni Munarak’s rule as many pakistani Ulama justified and defended Zia ul-Haq the Butcher of Islam.
In sum, there is absolutely no room for Shariah or Fiqh in our age. The so-called ulama, those who till the other day believed that the earth was flat and sun moves round the earth, cannot be authorities on Islam. again, in Sunni Islam there is absolutely NO room for any intermediary between allah and His creation. There is NO formal clergy in Islam. So, a Muslim should rely only on the Quran and his/her common sense and scientific knowledge. Sooner we delegitimize Shariah, Fiqh and the Ulama, the so-called Naib-e-Rasul, the better for the Muslims. May Allah give us the courage and wisdom to live in a wrorld free from the clutches of the Draconian anti-Islamic Shariah law and their equally draconuian cistodians, the mullah and their followers, everywjhere, Amin!

ASARULISLAM’S COMMENT: Imam Bokhari, may Allah bless his soul, must indeed have been a highly intelligent man and a great Islamic scholar. Unfortunately his original work seems corrupted and we have stories, for example, of a goat standing on its legs in an ocean above the seventh heaven upon whose horns Allah’s throne is resting. And several others. The Bible was corrupted too. Even in our times, the speeches of Quaide Azam ,for example, were corrupted. But I agree with you that he was a great man of a very superior intelligence. ONLY ALLAH KNOWS BEST.

How can we fulfill His order without Prophetic Hadith?
A simple case is of Prayer, does Quran tell us as to how to offer prayer?
We can’t work without Hadith, but it should be authentic.
Al-Imran [3:32]
قُلْ أَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ

وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ تِبْيَٰنًا لِّكُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ (16:89
Quran clearly says it contains everything and nothing is missing.

Prophet (pbuh) was sent to deliver Quran and teach us what you have never learned. You don’t need any fitnah coz you are already facing the worst situation in this world. Something must be wrong somewhere and probably that is the reason why 1.8 billion so called “Muslims” are facing such tyranny, aggression and suppression all over the world. Instead of blaming others and calling them fitnah, Just look at your condition and learn from it.
