A long time ago, I wrote a blog on Brother Dr. Shabbir’s Ourbeacon Forum. It was titled, “Was Jesus a Woman”. Using modern scientific knowledge I showed that if Mary had become pregnant without sleeping with a man, the resulting child would have been a female, not male. Do you believe Jesus was a woman?
Brother Dr. Shabbir has mentioned 3 gospels that claim Joseph the Carpenter was father of Jesus. Let me add a 4th, Gospel of the Nazarenes. This gospel is the most original and it denies virgin birth, Trinity, and the divinity of Jesus.

تِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ ۘ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ كَلَّمَ اللَّهُ ۖ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَهُمْ دَرَجَاتٍ ۚ وَآتَيْنَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ ۗ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَلَٰكِنِ اخْتَلَفُوا فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ آمَنَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ كَفَرَ ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلُوا وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ {2:253}
Paraphrased: Of Apostles, some became more successful than others. And amongst them there were some to whom God spoke. We enabled some to become more distinguished than others. We accorded Jesus the ability to sermonize with dictates of reason and We strengthened him by giving him an open minded personality. Had not God not given ‘free will’, Jesus’ succeeding generations would not have fought waging wars with one another after having received such sermons, which were full of dictates of reason. But they opposed his teachings. There were some who believed in his ideology and there were others who covered up the truth. Had God not given them ‘free will’ they would not have fought and waged wars with one another. But God acts only in accordance with His plan.

The Sunnah provides concrete shape to Muslim faith and a practical semblance to very important tenets of Islam. It plays a crucial role towards the formation of Muslim Ummah and imparts a distinguished and unique character to all Muslims.
The Sunnan instituted by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
The Sunnah consists of three main categories of Mandatory rituals, Etiquettes pertaining to personal hygiene and Symbolic customs.
These are listed as follows:
To eat and drink by the name of God and with the right hand
Saying Al hamdu lillah (All praise be for God) when one sneezes and Replying to it by saying YarhamuKa Allah (May God bless you)
Calling Adhan in the right ear of a newborn baby and Iqamah in his left ear
Bathing the dead before burial
Shrouding the dead body in cloth (takfin) to bury it
Offering funeral prayer
Burial (tadfin) of the dead body
Celebrating Eid al Fitr, on the first day of the tenth month of the lunar calendar
Paying alms on Eid ul Fitr
Celebrating Eid al Adha on the tenth day of the twelfth month of lunar calendar
Takbirs (saying Allah u Akbar which means God is the greatest) after prayers during the days of Tashriq (Eid days And the three days after)
Offering the Eid Prayers
Greeting each other with Assalam u Alaykum (Peace be with you) and replying to it by Wa’alaykum Assalam (and Peace be with you)
Removing the undesired hair around the genitals
Removing hair from the armpits
Circumcision of all male children
Keeping finger and toe nails trimmed
Keeping the teeth, nose and mouth clean
Washing after defecation, and urination
Bathing after having sexual intimacy or orgasm
Avoiding sexual intimacy during menses and after birth
Bathing (of women) after menses and childbirth marking the end of the period
Organisation of five daily obligatory prayers

Ablution for prayers
“Tayammum” (Using mud/dust to make ablution in the absence of water or when use of water can be detrimental to health)
Saying Adhan (call for prayers)
Saying Iqamah before the prayers
Constructing, establishing and maintaining a system for the management of mosques
Observing the sanctity of the Ka’bah
Fasting during the month of Ramadan
Ai’tikaf (seclusion and isolating oneself for a specific amount of time for worshiping God, in particular in the last Ten days of Ramadhan)
Paying Zakah (Islamic Tax)
Performing Hajj and Umrah (pilgrimage to Ka’abah)
Sacrificing animals on Eid ul Adha
Observing the sanctity of four months; the seventh lunar month of Rajab for Umrah and the eleventh, twelfth and The first lunar month for performance of Hajj. During these months all forms of armed conflicts and any attempt To obstruct the routes of pilgrims are strictly prohibited.
Tadhkiyah that is slaughtering animals with pronouncing the name of God, in the prescribed manner that is by cutting the main blood vessels to let all the blood flow out.
Tawaf (Circumambulation of the Ka’bah) as part of Hajj or Umrah
Offering Hadi (Sacrificial animals brought to the Ka’bah)
The procedure of Nikah (solemnisation of Marriage) and Talaaq (divorce)
ASARULISLAM’S COMMENT: I am glad you have started to think. Ask yourself the following question:
Why are those nations light years ahead of Sunnah Worshiping nations, in peace and prosperity, who seek their own way to the joys of life, make discoveries with Faith in the never failing Law of God, and who follow nothing else but what their common sense approves?
Read the Quran and please open your eyes and see the reality. I can understand how you feel. As a wise man said, ‘They must find it difficult, those who have taken Authority as the Truth rather than Truth as the Authority.’

I am in complete agreement with Brother Asarulislam. In fact I came to exact same conclusion after living in the USA for a long time. Please ask Mullahs and their blind followers some questions.
Do they have an evidence to support these rituals from the Quran?
What message God Almighty revealed to Prophet Muhammad, Quran or books of Ahadith?
Did not God Almighty forbid Prophet Muhammad from conveying anything but the Quran? (Al-Haaqqah: 43-46)
Do not they read in the Quran that our Prophet’s sole guidance was the Quran?
Is not it a fact that all the books of Ahadith popped up 250-300 years after Prophet Muhammad passed away?
Can they refute scholar Ignaz Goldziher’s claim that many Ahadith are no more than verses taken from Torah and the Gospels, bits of Rabbinic sayings, ancient Persian maxims, passages of Greece philosophy, Indian proverbs, and even almost word-for-word reproduction of Lords Prayer?
Do not they read in the Quran about the Messenger complaining, “My Lord, my people treated this Quran as something to be ignored”? (Al-Furqan: 30)
God Almighty says, “We have not neglected anything in the Book.” Do they agree with God? If so, why do they still need books of Ahadith?

You are a ‘gem of the purest ray serene.’ Keep spreading the knowledge. The Islamic world is blessed that there is a son of Islam like you with the ability to show others THE DISTINGUISHING LINE , Al-Furqan, the clear line between reason and delusions. I comletely agree with you what you said about sunnah. when i was in matric in 1970, there were 40 ahadith in ELECTIVE DEENIAT, which i still remember today, there was never any hadith which one could doubt, or feel in-practicable ,or find it supernatural. About sunnah the Mullah has misguided us, there were some PROPHET HOOD duties which we took as SUNNAH, for instant marriage , prophet Mohammad(p.b.u.h) had to set certain examples for our knowledge, others to develop Muslim strength That’s why he had married 11 wives amongst were also 2 kaneez (female slaves , whom He freed but they stayed at their will) He had also sons Tahir and Qasim, but they could not reach to youthful lives. Mullah says one can not lead a prayer if he does not have beared, i do not have beared , but i use to lead prayers in the mosque, whilest living in Uganda, where i spent 36 years of my life , fro 1978 to 2010. as it is said in Quraan , when it come s time to prayers chose one amongst you to lead. never said , should have beared.
Please correct me where i am wrong , have to go now.

Obviously, you are reading faulty tafsirs of the Quran. Theses tafsirs were originally written by Persian Imams such as Tabri and Ibn Kasir. Mary was not a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus, one of the Prophets of God. Saint Paul stole the idea of virgin birth from ancient Persian Scriptures and introduced it to Christianity. Then, his disciples burned the whole Alexandria Library to hide this crime. I will post my blog titled “Who can Challenge Mullahs’ Dumb Beliefs?” soon. Please read it carefully. It shows how Christian Mullahs hide the truth about Mary and Jesus.
For your information I have no greed for Mullahs’ Heaven or fear of their Hell. I am just a student in search of the Truth. And I deeply care about life, which is God’s most precious creation. I want to see everyone enjoying life to the fullest. Unfortunately, Mullahs have erected a wall of fear around their blind followers. We must demolish this wall of fear and let everyone have freedom of thought, which is essential for the mind to progress.
Please read this verse of the Quran as well as a quote from Gautama Siddhartha and ponder.
“And you shall not follow blindly any information of which you have no direct knowledge. You must verify it for yourself. In the Court of your Lord, you will be held accountable for your hearing, sight, and the faculty of reasoning.” (Quran 17:36, 32:9, 45:23, 46:26)
“Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.” (Gautama Siddhartha)
Who can Challenge Mullahs’ Dumb Beliefs?
Countless scientists, scholars, philosophers, and even other priests, who thought differently, were viciously tortured and, eventually, burned at the stake by Christian Mullahs. Their entire books burned as well. Anyone found in possesses of a banned book faced the same fate. He/she was burned at the stake with the book chained to his/her leg. We are indebted to those courageous individuals who risked their lives to protect a few books. One such book is Christianismi Restitutio. The author of this masterpiece was Michael Servetus, a distinguished physician and scholar of his time. His real name was Michel De Villanovanus. He was forced to change his name to avoid capture and death at the hands of Catholics.
Michael Servetus was born in Spain but moved to France to acquire higher education. He was fluent in several languages including Arabic. After reading original Biblical Scriptures (It was a crime to read the originals at the time, as clergy did not want people to discover the truth) and the Quran, he came to the conclusion that many Christian beliefs, such as Trinity and Virgin Birth, were not part of the Original Scriptures. They were added to the scriptures by the First Council of Nicaea. Any Priest, who opposed this forgery, was silenced. Michael published his findings in his book Christianismi Restitutio along with his discovery of Pulmonary Circulation. The book instantly drew the ire of Catholics as well as Protestants. The book was banned and its author arrested. But the day before he was scheduled to be executed, Michael escaped with the help of a police officer whose daughter he had treated and healed.
After his escape from the prison in France, Michael was heading to Italy, where a sizeable population of Spaniards could have protected him. For some reason he chose a route that went through Geneva in Switzerland, where John Calvin and his followers had moved after escaping from Catholics. They recognized Michael Servetus, arrested him, tried in court for Heresy, and burned him at the stake. The last copy of his book was burned with him as well. They used half fresh twigs, so fire would burn slowly causing maximum pain and slow death. Also, they poured sulfur on his head to increase his suffering. The story could have ended here. However, three copies of the book survived. How? You can read this fascinating story in the book “OUT of the FLAMES” by Lawrence & Nancy Goldstone. You will find the book more interesting than a spy novel. Once I started reading it, I could not stop.
The above are some excerpts taken from my unpublished Urdu article written in response to Muhammad Aamir Khakwani’s article published in the Daily Express. In this article the writer advised our Ulma (religious scholars) and reformers to follow the foot steps of the “Great” reformer John Calvin. Of course he did not know the real John Calvin. Voltaire labeled John Calvin a killer and hypocrite while Thomas Jefferson considered him “one of history’s worst offenders and a tyrant who bred other tyrants under his name”. I agree with them. Voltaire (François-Marie Arouet) devoted a whole chapter to Michael Servetus in his book “Essay on the Morals and Spirit of Nations from Charlemagne to our Day”. For your information Voltaire was the first to force the Europeans to admit that Islamic and Oriental Civilizations played a key rule in the development of the Western Civilization. Also, he claimed that the persecution of Christians at the hands of Romans was nothing compared to the persecution by Christians of fellow Christians or anybody who disagreed with them.
Let me mention here that Ibn al-Nafis and Michael Servetus were the first to discover and describe the Pulmonary Circulation, not William Harvey.
Michael Servetus was not alone. Many other Western scientists and scholars opposed Trinity, some openly and others secretly. John Milton, John Locke, Newton, Joseph Priestley, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Ralph Emerson, and John Adams were among them.

I hope our Brothers/Sisters are able to infer from the above story the fate of those brave souls who tried to stop alien beliefs and rituals, such as Namaz, entering Islam. Our Mullahs have been no less brutal than their Christian counterparts in eliminating those who challenged their dumb beliefs.
