    Dr Sahib is suggesting strongly here that instead of getting upset, divert your energies towards building something more positive.

    Thats what happened to the Jews. For right or wrong reasons, nations arose against them and rejected them; they learnt slowly that instead of getting upset why not direct their energies to knowledge, science and medicine. They became brilliant doctors, politicians, scientists, lawyers, businessmen and earned so much respect that people thought twice before questioning or disputing the holocaust. Guess Who invented Google and Facebook??
