Citizens who embrace this ideology of liberty are called MUSLIMS just as those citizens who pledge allegiance to the Constitution of the United States are referred to as AMERICANS. In other words, ISLAM is inclusive, welcoming everybody to join in. The New Islamic State as envisioned by Jannat Pakistan Party is most similar to the USA in terms of liberty, equality and emancipation yet several steps higher in its ideals where God as the Supreme authority, guides the law making process of all avenues of life through DIRECTIONS as laid down in the Quran.”
“KAFIROON is a word used in the Quran for CRIMINAL ALIENS—those who did not accept the ideology of the Islamic State. A Christian, a Hindu, an Ahmedi, a Shia, or a Sunni are all free to practice their beliefs and religious rites and, as in USA, they shall all be treated equally under the Law.”
However executives of the Islamic State—Peace Officers referred to as MOMINOON shall be subject to stringent qualities of discipline, education and self sacrifice. The Islamic State is run by the Mominoon. These are the equivalent of Peace Officers, Government Executives, Military and Civil Service employees as in the United States.
The Quran states that all differences between nations and individuals shall be resolved once they establish a system of Equal Distribution of Wealth and Resources, NIZAM E RABB. Religion or Mazhab is a private matter for all citizen as long as it involves ceremonial celebrations. How does the Constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan Qualifies according to you as shirk ? Where does the State of Pakistan is allowed in the Constitution to act in Defiance of Allah?
ASARULISLAM’S COMMENT: We refer to the Quran. Remember what the Islamiat Teacher said: ALLAH FORGIVES EVERYTHING BUT NEVER FORGIVES SHIRK. This is how strong the Islamic State of Prophet Muhammad was regarding SHIRK. ALLAH, the Sovereign never forgives SHIRK, the crime of parallel government. MUSHRIKEEN referred to in the Quran were no other than the Religious Fanatic JEWS & CHRISTIANS who refused to abide by TAWHEED—ONE AUTHORITY. This is exactly what Jamaat e Islami and our ULEMA have done to Pakistan. There is no Tauheed— There is no WAHDAT. Quran refers to those who make sects–Shias—as those who are engaging in SHIRK. ASARULISLAM’S COMMENT: I think we are not on the same page. Fluency in English language seems an obvious problem but Most of my lectures are in URDU. Please go to I-Tunes and write my name in the search engine. There are about 18 one hour lectures there. Kindly download them on a CD and listen to them.
Let me rephrase what i said before .Its not my fist language so naturally i commit error but the bottom line is that i belong of Pakistani who are integral Part of Pakistan`s Future so for anyone to do anything about Pakistan must have us on his side .I have listened to nearly all of your videos posted on your Facebook page.I said So this means the government established Caliph Abu baker (r.a) and Omer (R A) was also a Shirk? so kindly Enlighten Me then ,how does the State of Pakistan has committed ‘shirk’? and what were those acts or acts ,which you have termed as ‘shirk’ and how does the Present Constitution of Pakistan Facilitates Shirk?……….i think its understandable now!

Prophet Muhammad and his companions established the Islamic State with Allah as the KING. Maalik e Yaum ed Deen. Those who refused to live under its laws are KAFIRS. Those who set up institution of religion within the State are referred to as Mushrikeen. Those who kept giving opinions and advice but were too coward to join the movement were referred to as hypocrites or Munafiqeen.
Obviously, Pakistan’s Constitution, although it ascribes obedience to Quran and Sunnah, it did not make any such clear definitions or commitments. The problem was—the vaderas did not want to define SABEEL ALLAH. Presently, we have Islam as a religion—a private connection with a deity we call Allah. Islam as a DEEN has yet to be established–a State where Allah is the King.
The challenge to kinship of the Al might is beyond any of his creation .Its nothing more then just an amusement of heart for even those who think they can challenge the Almighty.Allah Is the Sovereign and the Only Sovereign.But has Appointed Man as his vice on earth.Thus Man is empowered upon the earth within realm of the Almighty.Clearly you have failed to mention any Ayah or Hadees to Back your claims.And for people Like me who only bend upon words of Almighty your empty words don’t bear any meaning.What required here is references to the Authority of Islam (Ayah & Hadeeth) and nothing beyond that!.Your Philosophical debate is logically correct but needs backing of the Authority.
