  1. The ouster of Husni Mubarak and that of Tunisian Presidient were not done by the Islamic forces or parties but by the general people. We Pakistanis due to our love for Islam always clamour to have Islamic Nizam not only in our country but throughout the Muslim world. Taking advantage of our religious sentiments, many of our leaders and Mullah parties have been exploiting us to gain power or to remain in power. Gen. Zia also fully exploited Islam and our religious sentiments with a promise to introduce Islamic Nizam (Administration) which he never sincerely did. He just wanted to prolong his rule till death. All his half hearted measures of introducing the Hudood laws ended in exploitation and failure. Not a thief’s hand was cut nor lashes were given to drunkards and to those indulging in ZINA. Sharia was divided into two laws: Sunni and Shia. Sunni became Zakat payers to the government while Shias were not; besides such differences in other matters. The Non Muslims were excluded from all these laws and punishment for theft, wine drinking, Zina (adultery) etc. The Muslim drunkards obtained Christian National Identity Card to get wine legally. Zia also introduced the so called interest free savings account without changing the banking system based on interest. He never changed the failed Anglo Saxon police and judicial sytem and his promises of introducing Shurta and Qazi Courts were just a stunt. He used to lecture on Islam time and again and go to Haj and Umra with a big LASHKAR to please his supporters and Mullahs. He even conducted a bogus referendum on Islam to remain in power but Allah was angry with his false promises. He never grew his beard and never took oath of office on Holy Quran. He did not curb Klashinkov and Heroin culture which resulted in large scale terrorism and killings in the country.
My point is that there should be an end to exploitation of Islam in Pakistan as none of the leaders and Mullah parties are sincere in introducing true Islamic Nizam. The Mullahs want power at any cost. Instead of uniting and merging into each other for the sake of Islam , the Mullahs for power sake are more divided into various parties, groups, Tehriks, sects, Maslak and Fiqahs and other deviations, etc. and are indulging in extremism, terrorism, killings, suicide bombings, blowing up others’ Masajids, blowing up girls schools, dismantling barber and video shops terming them as Un Islamic so much so that our Masajids are also divided and we pray Juma and Eid under police guard in an Islamic country. The Mullah parties have no clear cut program to introduce the real sectarian free Islamic system into Pakistan by converting the exisitng secular sytem of posh and costly administration, police and their corrupt practices, increasing crimes and failure of judiciary to award quick and exemplary punishment, role of big and costly advocates to make money to prevent punishment to big criminals through mainpulation of cases, failed penal and other laws, endless paper work and delaying tactics, banking set up, educational set up, armed forces and their lavish expenditure, curbing wasteful expenditure, corruption, theft, fraud and deceit, terrorism, heroin and klashinkove culture etc. and make Pakistan a model state. There is no peace on the religious front now.
Either we need Imam Khomenei Saheb type sincere leader to put our country on the right track otherwise a Mustafa Kemal Ataturk type leader will crop up to make Paksitan a modern liberal state free from all religious exploitation and misguidance by nationalising all Masajids and Madressahs and banning religious parties. Thanks.

    @a m malik
    Dear Brother Malik,
Please read my post addressed to Brother Irfan. Next, please look at the condition of so-called Islamic countries. Can any sane person be proud of this sad and sorry state? In Pakistan we see a governing system that is corrupt from top to bottom. Innocent people are rotting in jails while criminals rule the streets. Instead for going after criminals and stopping the crime, police officers are either busy protecting the rich influential elite or harassing and looting the ordinary folks. Many suffer from disease, poverty, and illiteracy. Their morals have sunk so low, they either kill others over minor disputes or commit suicide when face even a small challenge. Even those who perform ritual of Namaz day and night fail to follow Quranic Code of Conduct. I will present two examples to illustrate my point.
The first one is taken from a column by Dr. Safdar Mahmood. He was assigned the duty of making the list of “nobles” who would go on Hajj at state expenses. One grand Mulvi burst into his office and demanded that his name be included in the list. Dr. Safdar checked his name and learned that the “pious” gentleman had performed at least 10 Hajj at state expenses. Hence, Dr. Safdar pleaded with him to let someone else enjoy the “free” Hajj that year. The Mulvi or Maulana instantly transformed into Jinn (a human with fiery temper). He left in rage and started spreading rumors that Dr. Safdar was a Qadiani.
The second one is related to an incident at a Karachi Mosque. I learned about it in one of Nazir Naji’s columns. After their Fajr prayer, the Namazi were leaving. They discovered a new born baby at the footsteps of the Masjid. They went back and asked Mulvi what to do with the baby. The Mulvi said, “The baby is harami, kill it.” The Namazi folks obliged. The stampeded the innocent child until it died.
Let me tell you one thing. No matter how a child is conceived or arrives in this world, he or she is always innocent, never harami.
ALLAH DOES NOT INTERVEN TO GUIDE A FOLK WHO DISPLACE RIGHT WITH WRONG. (QURAN 9:109)
What is the right? God Almighty’s Final Message.
What is wrong? All man-made books of Ahadith, Fiqa, and Sharia.

    Dear Brother Syed Hussain,
What a beautiful, precise, and accurate analysis of the situation in Pakistan! I would go with the second option, i.e. a Mustafa Kamal Pasha. We do not need another Imam Khomeini.
In my humble view God never gets angry and He should not. After all it is God Almighty who bestowed on humans the gift of Free Will. If the mischief caused by humans upsets Him, He would not have given them free will. Instead, He would have created Humans same like the rest of His creation that obeys His Laws at all times. Moreover, God’s laws are working perfectly and flawlessly. Why should He worry?

    Dear Friends,
Here is an excerpt from a message I posted on a friend’s facebook wall today.

I agree with Brother Muhammad. Indeed, Pakistani public is being crushed between religious fanatics and liberal fascists. We need leaders who are well educated, know what ails Pakistan, and willing to search for right remedies. Also, they honestly want to serve the nation, not rob its wealth and resources. I hope the grassroots movement initiated by Brother Dr. Asarulislam can identify such selfless, dynamic, and patriot leaders. You can learn more about this movement at quaideazam.com.

  5. YA TAFANG-E-QUR’AN,
I wish you great success in your noble endeavors.
[Read ‘Khudawanda’ instead of ‘Khudaya’ in one of the posts above, as a token of respect to Allama Iqbal.]
Egypt: Congratulations 🙂 yet, we need to see which way the wind blows – daikhiye oont kis karwat baithta hai!
    Wassalam!

  6. This is JIHADAN KABEERA.
Can you imagine a Jihad greater than ‘qitaal fi sabeelillah’?
    Think what JIHADAN KABEERA is!
25:51 Had We so willed, We could have continued to raise up a warner in every single community. [But, the time has now come for the Eternal, Universal message, the Qur’an. 25:1]
25:52 So, (O Prophet) disregard the likes and dislikes of the rejecters, but strive hard against them by means of this (Qur’an), with utmost striving. [Jihadan Kabeera = The Great Jihad by means of the Qur’an]
ASARULISLAM’S COMMENT: Allama Shabbir Sahib: Your deep insight into Quran which you share with us all keeps revealing facets of The Truth each day at every instance. Thanks. May Allah bless you with a long life. This Ummah needs you.

  7. Irfan says:

    Salam Zubair bhaii,
Thanks for your comments. I apologize if I used offensive language. Probably you referred to my use of the expression “Hypocrite mullah”. If I used this expression, I meant it from the core of my heart. I have seen so much of that in that camp that I do believe what I said was justified. Take the case of recent instigation of a Rawalpindi mosque imam whose sermon urged Imtiaz Qadri to commit the heinous atrocity last month. The imam himself never made any attempt to do the killing and get into trouble. He just wanted someone else to do the dirty job. Maulana Shah Ahmad Noorani urged his crowd to do the same all his life saying “Musalman rasool ki hurmat kay muamlay meij bahut ghayrat mand hota hai”, but he himself never made any conscious effort to do what he urged others to do. How many mullahs spend in the way of Allah—donating for the common good? They insist on 2.5% Zakat because that is much more convenient to do than “excess of need”.
Mullahs have always preferred to pick and choose from the Hadith that suits their purpose even if they have to lie and cheat. They do the same with the Qur’anic ayah–quote, hit, and run.
I think it is high time that we confronted this wild bull head on and grabbed him by the horns. One way to do that is to take entangle them on their own turf– which is basically ‘ the Qur’an” AND ” this and that”–nay, actually ‘ “a bit of the Qur’an” AND “a lot of this and that”. They need to be intellectually and logically defeated with the whole world watching. This is because we have the Truth on our side—the Glorious Qur’an which they also believe in—yes ‘also’. So we have a common ground that is firm and ready….

Thank you for the correction, Dr. Shabbir Ahmed Sahib. I knew something was wrong with the line. I am glad there are people on this forum that are well-awake, alert….

  9. Zubair says:

    @Irfan
    Dear Brother Irfan,
I am on your side. Mullahs are indeed hypocrite. I am aware of their hypocrisy as well as cruelty. However, we are in the initial stage of our movement. We need to study the life of our role model, Prophet Muhammad. While living in Mecca, how did he deal with the pagans? We need to adopt the same strategy.
I am sure there are many good souls trapped in the dark labyrinth of Mullah. I was one of them. I knew Allama Perwez only as a denier of Hadith. That is why I never visited him or read any of his books. Once upon a time I was with a group of coworkers and friends. Among them were Sahabzada Salim Hamad (Sajada Nasheen Data Ganj Bakhash, Muhamamd Tahir (journalist), and Arif (a graduate of Jamia Naeemia). The later asked me if I ever visited Ghulam Ahmed Perwez. I said no, never. He said, “Ghulam Ahmed Perwez Sahib’s daras Quran is worth listening.” Still I did not visit him, as I was under the spell of “Maulana” Maududi. Thanks to Brother Dr. Shabbir I was able to find the truth about Hadith. His book “The Criminals of Islam” opened my eyes. He also mentioned Perwez Sahib’s “Lughat-Ul- Quran” and I obtained a copy of the book. After reading it, I had nothing but admiration for this great scholar of the Quran. In brief, once we are able to save the trapped souls and isolate Mullahs, we can deal with them exactly the way you mentioned.

  10. Respected Zubair Bhai Saheb,
You wrote: “Thanks to Brother Dr. Shabbir I was able to find the truth about Hadith. His book “The Criminals of Islam” opened my eyes. He also …..”
These words come from one of the finest gentlemen and Mu’mins in America. Obviously, I feel honored and grateful.
Then, there is a history of a lasting, extremely pleasant friendship between us including your Adviser Position during the rendition of QXP (THE QUR’AN AS IT EXPLAINS ITSELF), 2001-2003.
May Allah shower you with His bounties, always!
