Supreme Court of Pakistan
This project aims to develop a NEW CONSTITUTION for The People of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan, based on dictates of reason, in the Light of the Message of The Quran.
The 1973 Constitution of Pakistan is a deceitful sham. It has been disgracefully unsuccessful in establishing a ‘rule of law’ and has failed miserably to eradicate poverty. The completion of this project, is a fundamental right of the People of Pakistan and a fundamental necessity. Look, how beautifully are Our Goals laid down below:
الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ 22:41
From Surah Al-Hajj22:41.
Those whom We have established on in the country must: الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ
أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ do their duty to God, AND
وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ give funds for emancipation, education, and development of human resources of the country, AND
وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ AND establish laws and procedures by popular vote, AND
وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ prohibit propagation of superstitious beliefs, magical thinking and superstitious rituals, AND
decide all public matters in accordance with the Law, on behalf of God. وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ

REMEMBER: We the People of Pakistan can change Pakistan’s constitution lawfully: Once the Constitution is prepared on the above fundamental Principles of Quran and Civil law we can launch a web movement. Next we can take it to the People of Pakistan for Referendum.

We proclaim that Pakistan needs a system of Government that promises to give SAFETY AND SECURITY to its people. The Arabic word for SAFETY AND SECURITY is ISLAM.
All Great Leaders of Nations have given SAFETY & SECURITY ( Islam) to their Citizens.
A Country has the right to ACCEPT its Citizens. The Arabic word for those who are accepted is —MUSLIM. Citizens of a country who are yet not accepted by the country are referred to as ALIENS. A Country reserves the right to banish those whom it will not accept. The Arabic word for those who are UNLAWFUL ALIENS is KAFIR.
We Believe in a One Party Government. The Arabic word for Government is AD-DEEN
All Christians, Hindus, Muslims, Ahmedis, of any caste color of creed who have been ACCEPTED to live in Pakistan, either by birth or by established lawful immigration are to be Legally Considered as THE ACCEPTED ONES or MUSLIMS irrespective of their Religion or Nationality of origin.
We Proclaim to Celebrate The Republic of Pakistan, as a Land for All Pakistanis. We Believe in giving equality and equal opportunity to all citizens so that we can prosper and thrive as ONE NATION under the Law of God.
It is the responsibility of The Government to ensure the welfare of everybody. It is the responsibility of The Government to act as a Secular Entity, and to denounce all superstitious rituals and beliefs.
We proclaim and celebrate a God that guarantees to deliver equality and justice to everybody through a Government based on His laws. We foresee, all mankind coming under the One Law of God.
We Believe that eventually there shall be One World Government. We promise to fulfill man’s dream of happiness, peace and prosperity for everybody.
Since SAFETY AND SECURITY of ALL CITIZENS is the ultimate idea that holds the key to the human problem, we believe that only such a Government can deliver mankind from the system of human abuse and exploitation which has turned our world into a living Hell.
We believe that whereas the future happiness and prosperity of the entire human race depends on us, therefore it is imperative to establish a Government that is founded on principles of a transparent democracy.
We believe in and aim to restore and establish The Kingdom of God through principles of SECULARISM. This was ‘the Pakistan idea’ and we need to march towards this goal. There shall be no Mullahs but only Government appointed Magistrates and Civil Servants.

Allah par Emaan kiyoon because I am born in a muslim family and they told me that there is an Allah. What if I say so. Yesterday few Tableghi Mullah visited me and told me that this world is not for muslim can u believe that and these all were not “illiterate”. They are doing MS here in Sweden. What they were saying in the name of Allah and Islam “kouch na samjhaey Khouda karaey koi”. Jub main kese ko kouch kahoun tho pahla fatwa aata hai dari nahe rakhi what it has to do with Islam?It was a cultural thing in Arab peninsula at the time of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) I have nothing to do with it but when you say it you were immediately thrown out of the circle of “Islam”. Anyway leave it I think you are having a bad time back in Pakistan with traffic problems etc I could understand because I have been living in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Actually I am agree with you on this point that people don’t act rationally and are always in rush for some reasons. When during Musharaf government they were constructing new roads international development experts warned them that this is not the solution of growing traffic but promote public transport. How many people are using public transport? How many using bicycle? just few and becasue they don’t afford a car. If we will discuss problems Pakistani society resembles with Hell.(just society not Pakistan). You have said that we should look upon ourselves first and should become good citizens/Muslims everything gonna be fine. In Pakistan do you really believe for any individual its possible where its impossible to do anything with bribery?
I think its much better to work in a group. Individualistic approach I don’t think it will work. We are not perfect but if I have some weaknesses we can learn each other and can overcome. Question is who we join? what is our(after joining) goal/objective?

🙂 Brother i wasnt giving you any dose on Emaan or anything iwas talking in general. Why should I listen to a Mullah ? why would I even go to a Mullah if i study Quran myself study Sahi bukhari and other authentic ahadees i dont need to go to a Mullah first of all. In Pakistan the nation is no more a nation we are just a bunch of animals thats all what is left in us as a nation. NO one bothers about any thing but that is not what i am going to see If Allah wants to take some good work from a pakistani nation He can destroy us the way he is doing now and bring a new nation on us. And i am not saying this because i am born in a muslim family and my parents have said so. I have seen the world myself there has to be a creator doesnt matter what you call Him. you should read a book call Dajjal kaun kub aur kahan 🙂 you wont regret reading it.

Allah showed us two ways now its up to us where to go. We can chose ways, results would be according to Allah’s laws :-). The two choices which Allah gives are: Either establish the law of God, distribute wealth and comforts of life equally amongst all citizens, establish a rule of law with accountability and respect for the Government of Pakistan. This way leads to a life of Paradise on earth. USA practices this. Look at its success!
The other way is a short cut: Pray five times a day, disobey the Government, turn into an Anarchist, fight over Eid Moon sightings, curse USA, and fight with one another. As long as we do not realize the difference between Masturbation and Joys of a Wedding we shall stay doomed. The path of worship is nothing but mental masturbation… It yield no results. The Islamic world of today is a living proof.

Asarulislam’s Comment: It was the Caliph of Qadianis who in the Supreme Court of Pakistan affirmed that the followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad consider rest of the Non-Ahmedis as KAFIRS. Consequently the court gave the ruling, vice versa.

1st of all i would like to giving u a healthy suggestions on this cause :
1- internet world is not a reliable source about any religious campaign.
2-it is not a any product campaign so how come u gathered to people in one roof.
3-as per my studies in the light of Quran & hadiths world is going to be end now so if u want to do something for Islam then appear physically because so many people doing same work like u on net but in the end all useless.
4-u totally use a English language on ur website whatever u put their Quranic verses with Eng translation.
5-i thought u must be know about Pakistan literacy rate so i don’t understand where u want to delivered ur message.
6-i don’t think so Pakistani moderate Muslims want Islamic ruling khilafat or shariah system in reality .
7-if u really wanna do something fruitfully so u arrange live seminar or gathering for Muslims at any neutral place
their people easily participate & listening ur voice other wise just gossiping ,gossiping & gossiping.
8-1st u set ur direction which kind of people u want to walk with u.
