This project aims to develop a NEW CONSTITUTION for The People of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan, based on dictates of reason, in the Light of the Message of The Quran.
The 1973 Constitution of Pakistan is a deceitful sham. It has been disgracefully unsuccessful in establishing a ‘rule of law’ and has failed miserably to eradicate poverty. The completion of this project, is a fundamental right of the People of Pakistan and a fundamental necessity. Look, how beautifully are Our Goals laid down below:
الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ 22:41
From Surah Al-Hajj22:41.
Those whom We have established on in the country must: الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ
أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ do their duty to God, AND
وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ give funds for emancipation, education, and development of human resources of the country, AND
وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ AND establish laws and procedures by popular vote, AND
وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ prohibit propagation of superstitious beliefs, magical thinking and superstitious rituals, AND
decide all public matters in accordance with the Law, on behalf of God. وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ

REMEMBER: We the People of Pakistan can change Pakistan’s constitution lawfully: Once the Constitution is prepared on the above fundamental Principles of Quran and Civil law we can launch a web movement. Next we can take it to the People of Pakistan for Referendum.

We proclaim that Pakistan needs a system of Government that promises to give SAFETY AND SECURITY to its people. The Arabic word for SAFETY AND SECURITY is ISLAM.
All Great Leaders of Nations have given SAFETY & SECURITY ( Islam) to their Citizens.
A Country has the right to ACCEPT its Citizens. The Arabic word for those who are accepted is —MUSLIM. Citizens of a country who are yet not accepted by the country are referred to as ALIENS. A Country reserves the right to banish those whom it will not accept. The Arabic word for those who are UNLAWFUL ALIENS is KAFIR.
We Believe in a One Party Government. The Arabic word for Government is AD-DEEN
All Christians, Hindus, Muslims, Ahmedis, of any caste color of creed who have been ACCEPTED to live in Pakistan, either by birth or by established lawful immigration are to be Legally Considered as THE ACCEPTED ONES or MUSLIMS irrespective of their Religion or Nationality of origin.
We Proclaim to Celebrate The Republic of Pakistan, as a Land for All Pakistanis. We Believe in giving equality and equal opportunity to all citizens so that we can prosper and thrive as ONE NATION under the Law of God.
It is the responsibility of The Government to ensure the welfare of everybody. It is the responsibility of The Government to act as a Secular Entity, and to denounce all superstitious rituals and beliefs.
We proclaim and celebrate a God that guarantees to deliver equality and justice to everybody through a Government based on His laws. We foresee, all mankind coming under the One Law of God.
We Believe that eventually there shall be One World Government. We promise to fulfill man’s dream of happiness, peace and prosperity for everybody.
Since SAFETY AND SECURITY of ALL CITIZENS is the ultimate idea that holds the key to the human problem, we believe that only such a Government can deliver mankind from the system of human abuse and exploitation which has turned our world into a living Hell.
We believe that whereas the future happiness and prosperity of the entire human race depends on us, therefore it is imperative to establish a Government that is founded on principles of a transparent democracy.
We believe in and aim to restore and establish The Kingdom of God through principles of SECULARISM. This was ‘the Pakistan idea’ and we need to march towards this goal. There shall be no Mullahs but only Government appointed Magistrates and Civil Servants.

i know very well the meaning of Islam, i know it is not only for Muslims, it is for all mankind, i know very well about the history of Human, i know about the behavior of Priest whether they belong to Islam, whether they belong to jews or Hindus or sikhh or any sorts of religion, i know very well about my mullaas, becoz i have lived with them, i know they r black mailer class having bad character, i know that this Islam is not real Islam but it belongs to Mullaas Islam, and i know further etc… that’s why i m here, i wanna do something for my Quranic Islam, becoz i know that this is very sorrow thing that we have converted this Islam (laws of life system) to religion, and neither i believe in religion, and neither i believe any mullaa, i m entirely against of mullaa, but u know that whenever i tell the reality of Islam to someone, ppl don’t want to listen about it, but when i don’t use the name of Islam, then i tell about the reality and same thing which i told them in the name of Islam before, they accept my thing, so what is this, is it any kind of antic? actually why i was asking that question becoz ppl are aware of Mullaaism Islam, they always seems that whenever somebody talk about Islam so he/she will tell us the story of miracles, she/he will tell us how can u growth up ur bear, she/he will tell us what is hijab, what is witch, how can u get jinny….. but if u don’t use the name of Islam, people can hear about reality, i believe in reality, i believe the Quran is reality, in Quran we can implement all rules in our life, we can get success, we can achieve more and more opportunities, when i was starting to go to tolu-e-Islam center since 2009, i was thinking that if we will be coming here and listen the lecture of pervaiz saahib for all time? will we able to spread this education? will we able to do something for Quran, and now when i heard about Syed Asarul Islam saahib, i was very happy at that time, then i decided to join it, but it was cark of security, becoz he is using the name of Islam, and u know that Mullaa can give fatawaa-e-kufar against us, but i m heedless about it, i know i will be happening, but how can we work, how can we survive in this society, this is my question, becoz i wanna work this is truth, but it would not be useless, i want this, so plz could u plz give me answer about it?

That was a good one. Do also include land reforms starting with land ceiling and the excess land to be distributed free to the genuine landless poor. No body should have more than 14 acres under a dam irrigation and totally not exceeding 56 acres. That is how you breakup the landlords and sardari system freeing millions of people in Pakistan. And any be-naami should carry a sentence of 20 years. There is no other way you can get rid of the feudal system. So long as the feudal system is intact you will have status quo where nothing changes.
A lot of people singly and after making parties are striving for implementation of Islamic laws in the Muslim governed countries and countries not governed by Muslims. None of them could manage it. What do you think are away factors of their failures?
ASARULISLAM’S COMMENT: Those who failed after raising the banner of Islam were those who yielded to their desire for popularity which was stronger than their desire for equality and justice. Syed Maudoodi Rahamatullal Alehey was one such person who stooped before, what he considered, the popular belief of masses. He was a failure. Jinnah never stooped for ‘popularity’ and succeeded in his mission. So shall we.

I am afraid you are not right material for bringing about the kind of change that you leader is aspiring for. Insecurity and revolution go hand in hand. Read the biography of any true revolutionary if you can get one.

I too am at a loss for the connection between “insecurity and revolution”.
As far as a good biography is concerned, I enjoyed reading a book called “Ideological Revolution in the Muslim World” by Mohammed Yadegari.
This book is a journey through the “Revolution” that took place in Iran and it centers on who may be the “key” figure behind The Revolution whose name was Ali Shariati. I think it makes for pretty interesting reading.

@Devaj – Your argument is similar to what Ibn-e Ziad said to Imam Hussain (A.S) in Karbala, “They bring Quran for their ulterior motives” to which Hussain (A.S) replied, “But we are for Quran.” Be generous brother and think.
The constitution should take into consideration the fact that Pakistan was made on the basis of a two nation theory. There was no room for regionalism and tribalism. One was for Muslims and the other for Hindus. In India all Hindus from Pakistan have been and are most welcome even now. The same is not true here. We did not make laws and include in the constitution how we came into existence. With the nationality act of 1951/52 we have blocked Muslims who wanted to come to Pakistan and make it a homeland. We have so much of uninhabited land in Balochistan for instance and we can call these compatriots in distress and settle them there. That is possible when you remember Pakistan is for Muslims and not for any tribes. If not for two nation theory there was no way Pakistan could have been created. Don’t forget only two countries have been created on the basis of a two nation theory first Pakistan then Israel. Israel does not stop Jews from settling in Israel in fact encourages them by granting land. Do we do that? No. So put it in the constitution.
I see here people are primarily interested in discussing Islam without understanding the spirit of it. The real issues nobody wants to discuss or debate. Are we so religion fixed that we see nothing else. Don’t we have no responsibility in freeing the whole nation which is under the shackles of slavery under the vaderas, choudhries, sardars and the tools of the capitalists. Probably the only way of freeing them is through taking power, which has been illegally acquired under the Brits., away from them which is land. I agree as somebody suggested here that they should not have more than 56 acres total and excess land distributed among the landless poor. We must campaign such that this becomes the manifesto of every non-land lord party of Pakistan. PPP and Nawaz party won’t do it of course.
Asarulislam’s Comment: Well said Peer Sain baba but let me add. Not 56 acres, but every inch of the land belongs to Allah. In the Islamic State, with Allah as the Sovereign, the entire land shall be tilled by the government appointed agencies and the produce shared by all. The same is true for industries and factories. There is only one Party that has risen to accomplish this. It is Jannat Pakistan Party.
